Educational content for a leading Medi-Cal provider

 

My team and I developed the “My Plan” concept as an overarching campaign to help one of the country’s top health insurance carriers empower members to make a plan for their health. In the first phase of the project, I designed comprehensive kits to help doctors communicate with and inform patients. The second phase of the campaign will be a “My Plan” website, an educational hub for members.
